Today we're taking a look at the 51 RISC RX 5700 XT. This is a new GPU in the sense that it's a new PCB, but it's almost certainly featuring a reclaimed RX 5700 XT GPU on the card. With that in mind, we're testing it out to see if this roughly $200 card is worth the buy or if it's a hard pass.
