Lethality on Display
As a decisive culmination of Branch Week, West Point conducted a Capabilities Exercise (CAPEX) in which we demonstrated for the Corps of Cadets and the West Point Community how a combined arms team can employ existing and emerging capabilities across multiple domains to win on the modern battlefield.
“Task Force Granite”, comprised of elements from the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), The 75th Ranger Regiment, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) Recruiting Team, New York Army National Guard, West Point’s Robotics Research Center, and numerous other Academy organizations, came together to overwhelmingly exhibit the effectiveness of our U.S. Army!
