Brain fog, brain haze or cog fog is a very common symptom of MS. It is a term used to describe the forgetfulness, trouble concentrating, and confusion. This can be things like losing your train of thought mid-sentence, forgetting why you entered a room, or struggling to remember a friend’s name.

MS Research Australia is the largest not-for-profit organisation dedicated to funding, coordinating, educating and advocating for MS research as part of the worldwide effort to solve MS.
