Here I am again pretending to be a classical guitarist. Some people seem immune to the process of aging. It's supposed to make one mature and accept the realities of our limitations. But thanks to my mother's genetic contribution to my software, stubbornness compels me to continue pretending I can play the guitar. Mind you, I am fully aware that I'm failing, but like an addict, I refuse to accept the alternative: life without a guitar in my lap.

I listened to a couple of piano videos of this piece here on Youtube, and they all played it too fast, I think. I'm probably playing it too slow for a waltz, but as I stumbled through it, the harmonic progression of the piece sounded more like a funeral march or dirge, so I tried to slow it down.
