Meet Peter Femfert, founder and owner of DIE GALERIE in Frankfurt for 42 years and an enthusiastic BRAFA exhibitor. With a special exhibition created for this BRAFA in the Galleries edition, he wants to encourage you. Green as the colour of confidence and hope, is the exhibition's central theme. Follow the gallery owner online on a walk around - and even a little dance ! - along some of the modern and contemporary artworks: 'Begging Children' by the CoBrA master Karel Appel, Lucio Fontana's 'Concetto Spaziale', an abstract work by Max Ernst, 'Les Jeunes et les Jeux twistent', and a contemporary painting by Johannes Heisig.
BRAFA in the Galleries is the newly created alternative to the BRAFA Art Fair at Tour & Taxis, Brussels, which has been postponed to January 2022. Our exhibitors will welcome you online or in their galleries, where they will present the objects and artworks selected for BRAFA 2021 in the best possible conditions. In total, 126 art dealers spread across 13 countries and 37 cities look forward to sharing their passion for the beautiful, the rare, the precious and the historical in a warm, friendly atmosphere, in line with the rules in place in their area.
