Bardstown Mayor Dick Heaton and NCEDA President Kim Huston were studio guests with WBRT's "Bradford & Brooks" Jim Brooks and Margie Bradford to discuss the developing plans to expand the Mayor's Park at the corner of North Third and Broadway. The city owns that entire corner, and is planning to create an ambitious park with seating, green space, and an overall enhancement to the entry into downtown Bardstown.
