What I thought would be a simple MAP part turned into a very big experiment! I had a lot of fun playing with tweening rigs, and I definitely want to try more complex poses in the future!
I love Puddleshine, he has such an adorable name and is such a nice big brother to Shadowpaw! I felt bad for him when we first met him; here is another cat who didn’t want to be a medicine cat, but was roped in ‘just because.’ But he’s great at what he does, especially since his training was so rushed!
This is another scriptless MAP, so I’ll explain the story: Leafpool tells Puddlepaw to collect some marigold for her. Puddlepaw is initially excited to be given such a big task, but is quickly discouraged when he can’t seem to find anything. Luckily, a friendly honeybee buzzes by just as he is about to give up, seemingly determined to get somewhere. Puddlepaw, realizing that bees like flowers, gets an idea and quickly chases after it. His quick-thinking pays off when the bee leads him straight into a patch of marigold!
