Boxing Promoters Indicted After Fighters Left Unpaid

Two men behind a boxing event at Rochester’s Blue Cross Arena have been indicted after fighters, referees and other staff reported they were left unpaid.

Clay Harris and Derek Grambling face charges including grand larceny and scheming to defraud. Their attorneys deny any intent to steal or defraud and argue the dispute should be a civil matter.
