Hike to Box Elder Peak, elevation 11,101 ft. above the town of Alpine Utah. Great views from the summit which stands in the center of many of the other prominent peaks in the Wasatch Range including Lone Peak, The Pfeifferhorn, and Mount Timpanogos. Though I've been to the top of those other peaks, Box Elder seemed by far the steepest sustained climb. If you're into pain. This is the peak for you! 2017-08-12.
