The all new Bourbon on the rocks cookie has had an interesting one week history, starting off as a Bourbon Chocolate Chip cookie that was severely under-cooked. Chocolate Rocks were added later making it the Bourbon on the Rocks cookie, however it was still being under-cooked. Finally at the end of the week the cookies are now being cooked all the way through and are much better!
