In this DaVinci Resolve video you will learn how to make bouncing orbs inside a 3D object using particles AND we'll add lights that will follow those particles. What's more, you can change the 3D object from a drop down list, so you are not limited to a cube, this could also be a cone or a donut.

The difference between his and my approach is that I used particles as orbs, and I had to find a different way for the lights to follow the particles.
