(Edit) This is caused by lags. Lags in this game don't decrease game speed, just skips some frames. Stamina in this game works like "loosing x stamina every frames" so you use less stamina while lags are happening.
Same thing happens on using Electric Allows to Fire Blight Ganon.

i noticed you can shoot more arrows than usual in Thunderblight fight so i tested but i don't understand it lol
it doesn't happen in other Blight fights either.
