Found by complete accident.
Bomb the right two boulders. Hit slightly right of the vertex of the V at the top of the boulder. Press R, hold target and walk to the front, and line up the red arrow to face completely forwards. On 7, jump forwards.

Launch in Zant's All Shrines WR: ~32 seconds
(timing from end of stasis to landing on the ground. plus this one lands farther in)
