Cake flour 1 cup (125 g)
Sugar 1/2 cup (100 g)
Baking powder 1+1/4 tsp (5 g)
A pinch of salt
1 egg
Vanilla extract 1 tsp (4 g)
Milk 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Melted butter 4 tbsp (60 g)

Dark chocolate 60 g (2 oz)
Heavy cream 3 tbsp (45 ml)
