A new surveillance system is in the works by the federal government and its name is B.O.S.S. (Biometric Optical Surveillance System). The system specializes in crowd surveillance and has been in the testing phase for over two years. Scott goes over B.O.S.S.'s abilities and tells you why it's scarier Big Brother.
