Yuuka + Medicine on hard difficulty. While it's possible to beat them without Sanae, it's much easier with her poison nullifying barrier. With that in mind it's straightforward - I could have used Deva sword on Youmu since they're standing in a column, but good old Human Realm Sword also works.
