Could very well be an issue with too high of gas pressure to your H1 and H2 over firing furnace and setting off chamber limit switch. Also check for proper air flow through supply/return, Pressure Switches, Limits / Roll out sensors. Take the time to read your Installation and Operation Manual.
E6 is a lockout after frequent E5 trips.
