Provisional Titles:Boruto’s MISCALCULATION Is Leading To Konoha’s DESTRUCTION
**Boruto Two Blue Vortex might have quietly revealed who will become the next Hokage if Shikamaru is removed from power, and all signs could be pointing toward Konohamaru Sarutobi.
Kobu has officially escalated his investigation into Shikamaru by requesting that the Feudal Lord remove him from the position of Hokage. This creates a massive problem after Kashin Koji specifically warned that Shikamaru remaining Hokage is important for creating a future where Jura can ultimately be defeated.
However, the latest information revealed through Ten Directions might contain another major clue.
Among the future images shown by Kashin Koji are Kobu smiling, Shikamaru and Konohamaru appearing together, and mysterious imagery involving the Hokage hat and cloak. With Shikamaru's position already under attack, could this be foreshadowing Konohamaru finally achieving the dream he has carried since the beginning of Naruto?
There are several reasons Kobu could support him.
Konohamaru is an elite Leaf jonin with an extremely prestigious background. He is the grandson of Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi, the nephew of Asuma Sarutobi, and the son of two ANBU shinobi. More importantly, Kobu already appears to believe Konohamaru is someone who can be manipulated and controlled.
Replacing Shikamaru with Konohamaru could therefore look like the perfect political move.
There is just one enormous problem.
Konohamaru actually has reasons to trust Boruto.
This raises questions about why Kashin Koji believes losing Shikamaru as Hokage would make defeating Jura more difficult. Konohamaru could finally achieve his lifelong dream, only to inherit the Hokage position while surrounded by political enemies and facing the greatest crisis of his life.**
