In this Q & A session, I asked my Dad a few of your questions, like what was his first reaction to finding out I was born deaf (5:00), how he learned sign language (6:01), how different it was to raise a deaf daughter than raising a hearing daughter (9:00) and more.

A few of you have asked about his whispering, and I’ve asked my Dad about it and he said he has always whispered when signing, just always has. But after watching this video, he realized that he needs to start speaking aloud, because even he had a hard time hearing himself, even with the volume all the way up, hah.
