In celebration of Hispanic Heritage, Flower City Arts Center was proud to host the talented folks from Borinquen Dance Theatre. Over 40 people attended to watch 6 student performers for First Friday on November 4, 2022 in our Lighting Studio. Founded by Artistic Director Nydia Padilla-Rodriguez, Borinquen Dance Theatre nurtures the artistic, academic, and cultural development of Rochester-area children through the discipline of dance."
