BeepBoopJoe and crew are working on Borderlands 2.5 that is a new custom mod pack that drastically changes the game, including skills, a major re work of skill trees, raid bosses, game speed, difficulty modifiers and for a complete list check the below link

Note those changes are always getting updated as they are still working on it.

They are working on all the characters and I will show them as well when they are ready to show off.

I am really excited about this mod because this really makes the game fresh.
