In the recent patch to Borderlands 2 (Oct 29), the interaction between the skills Death Blossom and Death Mark has been nerfed or negatively affected.
Death Mark can no longer stack to an 80% damage increase like it could before the patch, and is instead capped at 20%. This cripples Zer0.
Zer0 is now dealing about 50% less damage than he should be dealing, and is only 2/3rds as potent as he was before the patch.
If we're looking to make characters more in line with one another, it is necessary to to return Zer0 to his unmolested form.
