Hear this 18th-century set of border pipes played by Fin Moore and discover its social uses in the border region of England and Scotland.

Tradition says this set of pipes were played by William Lamshaw, the Piper to the Duke of Northumberland, in the late 18th century. They were also used as a model for modern copies played today.
