BOP returns to Hospital with ‘Rumination,' the first single from his mind-warping Neurotics EP.
His first solo outing on the imprint since the release of his Hypnotics EP in 2025, since then BOP has been busy with releases on his very own Microfunk Music label, alongside his most recent output being 'Elastic Dreams' with Subwave on Hospital’s Forza Horizon 6 soundtrack.
‘Rumination’ exudes that signature BOP flavour with an emphasis on intricate sound design - featuring a flurry of elements that open up as the track progresses. As always with BOP, less is more - and the goodness is in the details.
With the track title nodding to wrestling with feelings of anxiety and repeated cycles, ‘Rumination’ keeps in line with BOP’s introspective, IDM-leaning production - the ideal accompaniment to your morning commute, 5AM in the rave, or anywhere in between.
