CAIPIRINHA/ Ingredients
1 lime, cut into wedges
2 tsp sugar
2 ounces cachaça
Garnish: lime wheel
PREPARATION:
In a double Old Fashioned glass, muddle the sugar and lime.
Fill with ice, add the cachaça, and stir briefly.
Garnish with a lime wheel (optional).

MOSCOW MULE/ Ingredients
1 ½ fluid ounces vodka
½ fluid ounce lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup ginger beer
1 lime wedge for garnish
PREPARATION: Pour vodka and lime juice into a mug; add ice cubes and ginger beer. Stir to combine. Drop a lime wedge into the mug for garnish.

PINEAPPLE FIZZ/ Ingredients
1.5 ounces coconut rum
1.5 Onces of white rum
Simple syrup to taste.
1.5 ounces pineapple juice
Dash lime juice
Club soda
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients except the soda in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass and fill with soda.
