Valkyrist.wordpress.com — A poem written by British poet Rudyard Kipling in 1903. It imagines the repetitive thoughts of an infantryman marching in South Africa during the Second Boer War. I used an Australian accent as this was the first war Australian soldiers fought in following federation.
