Finally found a way to get blazing fast* performance from this PowerBook 5300! It wasn't easy. Damned thing wouldn't let me use a legitimate SSD or an internal SD card drive and almost wouldn't work with this CF card.
*Note: There's no way to really get anything even remotely resembling 'performance' from a PowerBook 5300 series computer. Ended up reinstalling the old hard drive because it actually runs faster than a CF drive.
