The UltraCraft Pulsing Release Module (PRM) is designed for use with the UltraCraft Reflex 3D printer to enhance the printing process by reducing the peeling force. By reducing the peeling force of the printed layers by up to 50% when using PAU10 resin, fewer supports will be required for successful prints, while the support diameter and contact points can be reduced in size to utilize less resin and reduce the visible impact on the surface of the printed model. The PRM will also open up new possibilities to 3D print with a wider variety of resin materials including castable, flexible, as well as rigid and durable materials.
