There exist 2 versions of the arcade cabinet, one with a paddle and one with a finger. Redemption arcade game, it dispenses a printed card that tells you your "adult activity" behavior and also if you score high enough it will give out a trophy that looks like a smiling poo.
Most obscure and extremely rare Korean made arcade game, only 5 units were ever actually distributed in Japan.
