It's finally here. I made it to London. I hugged my Mum and then got down to the real business of unpacking my books.
This is Part 1 of the largest book haul ever committed to YouTube. There are 5 parts in total and I have no idea when I will manage to upload them all. You are under no obligation to watch any of them and certainly not all of them. This is a way of me capturing a moment in time where I took delivery of a year's worth of reading all in one go. I will look back at these videos a year from now to see how many I have actually read.
About two thirds of these books will return with me this week and get added to my TBR at home. The rest have been delivered to my friend's house for him to bring me whenever he starts flying again with a well-known commercial airline.
I am not promising to refrain from buying any more books in the next 12 months (truth is, I have ALREADY bought more) but I will reveal in the last of the five videos how much I spent on all these books and what my average cost per book was.
