Book Trek returns! Join us as we go boldly into geekdom and read Star Trek fiction. This year’s event will span two months, August and September, and the missions are as follows:

August is “Wrath of Book Trek!”
Read at least one book (more is great) from one of the iterations of Trek we read last year for #BookTrek2021. This includes any book dealing with TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY, or ENT. This is a chance to return to your favorite settings, characters and ships.
September is “Strange New Worlds!”
Read at least one book (again, more is great) from an iteration of Trek that was NOT covered in last year’s #BookTrek2021. This includes, but is not limited to, books from the following iterations:
Kelvin Timeline (Abramsverse)
DISCOVERY

The “Shatnerverse” (books conceived of and co-written by William Shatner)

During the two months of #BookTrek2022, read a nonfiction science book. In the spirit of Trek we can celebrate and encourage a scientifically literate approach to the world. Any type of science will do!
