Here's a peek at how I've been working with the book covers during The 100 Day Project. I had a lot of covers in my stash, but a lot of them were small and I found that I was drawn toward larger pieces so I had to hit the Good Will for some extras.

I use a craft knife to cut the covers from the pages and then a paper cutter to trim the edges from the spine.

Some of the covers are cloth so I had to put gel medium on the cover as well as the paper to make sure it adhered well.
