In this episode of Book Club, we will be discussing "The Joy of Acrylic Painting" by Annie O'Brien Gonzales amzn.to/3Vrw15c You can view the Book Club archives here: juliebalzer.com/book-club.html# The first half of Book Club is a discussion of the book and the various techniques in the book. The second half of Book Club is an instructional paint-along of an abstracted pattern. To participate, you will need:
-- Substrate
-- Acrylic Paint -- I'll be using Golden Heavy Body Acrylics: shrsl.com/3k705 in conjunction with Golden Fluid Acrylics: shrsl.com/3pauc
-- Palette Paper: shrsl.com/31kzr
-- Paintbrushes
-- Jar of Water & Rag (for cleaning brushes)
-- Optional: Apron, something to protect your work surface
