The first half of Book Club will be a discussion of the book and the various techniques in the book. The second half of Book Club will be instructional. To participate, you will need:
-- Cotton Fabric -- any color or pattern
-- Foam Stamp -- make your own - one example on how is this video: youtu.be/YeyIX3vzt58 and another one here: youtu.be/0CokGYxt5T8 or use a commercial foam stamp like the ones I design for Art Foamies: artfoamies.com/collections/artfoamies-by-julie-balzer
-- Acrylic Paint -- I'll be using Golden Heavy Body Acrylics: shrsl.com/3k705 in conjunction with GAC 900: shrsl.com/3pevx
-- Brayer: shrsl.com/3pevz
-- Palette Paper: shrsl.com/31kzr
-- Masking Tape or Painters Tape
-- Scissors
-- Palette Knife
-- Paintbrush (1" flat or similar)
-- Optional: Apron, something to protect your work surface
Note: If you'd like to work on paper instead of fabric, I will offer you some modifications on how you can do that.
