I added a sign - 2 of them, actually - to the original "Boogie Butt Knights" art installation after hearing one of the Bosses on the worksite next door scream and rant and rave at his employees for about 5 minutes for something minor a rookie had done wrong.
"Perhaps, " I thought, "He wouldn't have so many rookies if he treated his people right, and with a calm demeanor and respect. "
So I made this for them to see, including the boss, by modifying the previous art construction (the original "Boogie ButtKnights") with a couple of applicable signs. That way, the subcontractors' employees know where they stand.
Plus: It's in my hippie nature to cause dissension among the ranks. 🤣
And, on a final note, as I pointed out to some guys who were laughing: The boss isn't going to complain because he has a boss, too, and that's the one he's going to be thinking of. " 🤣
