Vic the trader is a new NPC that allows players to swap unwanted bonus exp in a skill to another skill.
The conversion rate decreases every 200 credits exchanged following a exponential curve.

Ratio:
300k ==) 183k (1.63)
700k ==) 304k (2.30)
1000k ==) 382k (2.59)
7.7m ==) 684k (11.36)

Note: There are other unkown factors in the real formula. Those rates are only meant for rough estimate and assume you're lvl 99.

Note: Getting full outfit costs 1250 credits which is 1146k bxp. For 1-99, outfit saves 780k exp. Only buy outfit if planning to get more than 19m exp.
