"’Retrodeath’ is an album that we've put more thought and care into than anything we've previously worked on. I went into it knowing I wanted to create something that was equally death metal and synthwave, and in order to do that we became completely immersed in the source material. I spent weeks consuming nothing but 80's action and horror movies and playing old video games, and spent hours researching and emulating the exact synths used in the 80's to create some of my favorite soundtracks.
