For most people, Bomberman began with the Famicom entry in 1985, but there was actually a version that preceded it. Originally created by Hudson Soft in 1980 as a tech demo for their BASIC compiler, this remake is an attempt to recreate what an early version of that BASIC demo might have looked like.
