Bomb Blast Test In Shock Tube | Riot Glass | 800-580-2303
Riot Glass Security Window Film is used to hold glass together in the event of a blast from a bomb or from an accidental blast at a petrochemical or pharmaceutical plant.
In this video we take you to San Antonio Texas for an actual shock tube bomb blast test. We also annotate the components of the shock tube, which is a lower-cost way to test blast films.
Alternative testing with a "live shot" is an option that is far more expensive and a bit more volatile. Outdoor blast which is far more dramatic (and expensive) and involves actual explosives and a big fireball.
