Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel and the thirteenth video in the Bolt Action Basics series. In this video, we are going to be looking at the turn sequence in games of Bolt Action
Bolt Action is different from many table top games in that it does not use an ‘I go you go’ mechanic for turns. Instead, each unit in the game is assigned an order dice and these dice are placed in a dice bag. A dice is drawn blindly from the bag to determine which side gets to activate a unit. In the video we will look at how order dice are determined and how the turn sequence works in games of Bolt Action.
As with the rest of the Bolt Action Basics series, the videos are intended to be a very basic overview rather than a detailed analysis. I would always recommend picking up a copy of the main Bolt Action rulebook as this will expand on the areas of the game covered by this video and the rest of the Bolt Action basics series.
