I've been in such an editing slump so I apologize for the gap. One I haven't been watching many Asian dramas as I was back into my American/British phase but I think that's come to an end so I can now focus on my Asian dramas. YAY. Also I haven't been on my main (editing) computer as much because of health reasons and my laptop sucks ass. SERIOUSLY. Trying to edit on that thing would drive anybody insane.
I kept on starting and dropping projects because I wasn't feeling them and they might have actually looked good but when you're in a slump the greatest thing can look like crap in your mind. Then late last night I opened AL2K and I set a few songs on a playlist and Oceans by Seafret played and I just had that feeling. I did the first 10 seconds and I just had this big wave of inspiration hit me and well this happened.
I feel like one of these days I'm going to have a playlist of all of my edits which feature classical dramas :') It's starting to look that way and I don't mind because they're classics for a reason. A part of me wishes I could just go back to the time when I first started Winter Sonata and then watch all of my favourite dramas over again and get that FEELING. I've got to be honest but I rarely get that feeling with new dramas. I think out of 10 dramas it happens...once maybe twice if I'm lucky. At the moment it's kind of happening with Chicago Typewriter... LOVE IT. LOVE IT. LOVE IT TO BITS.
I had to fan girl in one episode when Yoo Ah In's character apologizes to Im Soo-Jung's character and after he says "I'm sorry" she thinks "I love you" and I literally had to fan girl because of the drama reference x'D.
