Just having some fun porting my old Java demos to Android.
No, Android is NOT Java, so it requires quite a bit of code rewriting and bughunting before it even remotely starts to resemble the original Java demo.
Also, yes, this is the same software renderer as used in the original demos, no OpenGL ES was used whatsoever (not even to display the framebuffer on screen).
So the demo is still quite true to the original one, it even has the excruciatingly long loading time of the original.
