The Tampa Police Department is releasing body-worn camera footage of the officer-involved shooting that occurred on Feb. 4, 2025, at approximately 10:30 am in the Azula North Apartment complex, located at 4939 E. Busch Blvd. The incident occurred after a convicted felon, Matthew Fowler, fired a gun at officers.

Thankfully, the officers were uninjured.
