Jason Washington was shot at an off-campus bar July 29th . A fight broke out and Washington was trying to break it up according to bystanders. Two Portland State University Police showed up and soon after Washington dropped his weapon while the fight was occurring . When cops noticed that and seen him try to grab it they shot 17 bullets in his direction . Jason Washington was a navy veteran . What are your opinions on the matter .
