Helloooo! I filmed a What I Eat In A Day and then it got me thinking more and more about really talking to you about Body Dysmorphia and essentially not letting bad thoughts about how *you think* you look creep into limiting your day to day life. I've done it my whole life (even from very very young) I can recognise my 'spiral' now and no longer let myself hold back from social things because of perceived issues with what I see in the mirror. But it's normal - it's okay - just don't make my mistakes.

I just didn't want to post a foodie video without chatting about it as I know some people watching this come from a weight loss background - though I also loved my yummy fresh, healthy food day and joining Finn as he goes Gluten Free (which has been incredible for him!)

ANYWAY!!!! I didn't explain myself so well in the video so wanted to say more - hope you're good and this might strike a chord with someone and make you feel a little more like where I am with it now. SJ xxx
