Two infants were left in a hot car over the weekend in the parking lot of Dirty Bourbon. KOAT obtained body camera footage showing officers breaking the car window and finding the two infants in car seats in the back seat.
Officers said the infants were drenched in sweat and had been inside the car for about 2 1/2 hours. The father and his friend were both arrested.
