Bob is an ASCII-art stick figure that many people were/are posting in YouTube comments after YouTube updated the comment system in November. These comments contain ASCII art of Bob with his tank/helicopter/gun with a message such as "Bob is building an army, This tank and Bob are against Google+. Copy and paste this all over YouTube if you are with us.". Most of these comments get automatically marked as spam now.
Example:

5295 dominos were used to create this scene (3147 in the tank, 1499 in the G+ sign). I did expect the tank to possibly not fall at all, but had hoped a couple hits would have broken it down faster. There is a break in the fall action that I edited out...can you spot it?
The voice at the beginning is from Google Translate.
