Takaaki Matsumoto’s “Steps to the Discovery of Electro-Nuclear Collapse”

One of the most important archival releases in the field of Cold Fusion / LENR (Low Energy Nuclear Reactions) has now arrived.
After years of intensive restoration, scanning, editing, and preservation work, Bob Greenyer has completed production of the full digital archive of the late Japanese nuclear engineer Dr. Takaaki Matsumoto’s original research logbooks and scientific materials that led to his discovery of:
Electro-Nuclear Collapse (ENC)
Dr. Matsumoto was a nuclear engineer and researcher associated with Hokkaido University and previously connected with the Kyoto University Research Reactor Institute. Originally trained within mainstream nuclear science, Matsumoto became one of the earliest and most original pioneers investigating the deeper mechanisms behind Cold Fusion phenomena following the 1989 Fleischmann and Pons announcement.
Unlike many LENR researchers who focused primarily on excess heat measurements, Matsumoto concentrated on the physical evidence of transmutation and plasma effects:
strange microscopic particle tracks
ball-lightning-like formations
transmutation structures
coherent plasma phenomena
unusual radiation signatures
restructuring of metals and materials
Long before these ideas became more widely discussed, Matsumoto proposed that Cold Fusion was deeply connected to:
coherent plasma structures
hydrogen cluster phenomena
micro ball lightning
electromagnetic collapse events
and what today many researchers compare with EVOs (Exotic Vacuum Objects).
One of his most remarkable insights was the idea that matter itself could undergo a form of electromagnetic restructuring under highly coherent plasma conditions.
As Matsumoto wrote:
“Since the electromagnetic force is about 40 orders stronger than the gravitational force, it should be easy to induce similar nuclear collapses by the electromagnetic force in laboratory.”

“Steps to the Discovery of Electro-Nuclear Collapse – Scientist Reference Edition”
alongside the complete digital archive of Matsumoto’s original laboratory logbooks.

voltage and current measurements
radiation detection methods

witness material analysis
timing sequences and experimental procedures

“Many of the experiments are simple to do and clearly described.”
He further states: “With the remastering of the original book and these logbooks, I believe this could arguably be the most detailed records of a major scientific discovery in history.”
