Jinshan Temple Showdown at Fantawild Oriental Heritage in Cixi, Ningbo is one of the most unique attraction formats at any theme park in China: a massive boat dark ride through an ancient Chinese water town telling the story of Lady White Snake, a forbidden love between a human and a demon, that ends with every rider disembarking the boat and walking into a live theatre where the final showdown battle between Lady White Snake and the monk Fahai plays out in front of you with real performers, water effects and physical sets. The queue line alone is considered one of the best in any Fantawild park. It's the kind of attraction that makes the two hour journey out to this resort completely worth it.
