Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 - Zombies - Citadelle Des Morts - Maya Secret Hidden Room
To get the seceret cutscene only available while playing as the Maya operator you need to go to the door to the left of Vulture Aid in the Dining Hall. When you interact with the door you will get some quotes from Maya. When these are finished go back to the door by the radio and interact with it again. This will allow you to enter the secret room.
When you enter the room a lot of Vermin will come at you. Take them out and head down to fight a Doppelghast. Once you kill the Doppelghast head further down and a named 'Laurent' Elite Doppelghast will appear, kill it and it will drop a key. Now open the door and head down the stairs and a cutscene will start playing when you reach the bottom.
